Description

Feeling empty despite success? Healing the Emptiness helps you rise through your pain and find belonging, purpose and peace through faith.

Healing the Emptiness by Yasmin Mogahed is a compassionate, faith-rooted guide for anyone wrestling with emptiness, shame, or emotional pain. In a world full of distractions and “sedatives” of the soul, this book offers a path of healing — inviting you to embrace your humanity, lean on your Lord, and transform your wounds into strength.

“At some level, so many of us have experienced emptiness. … But there is hope. … Just as we would bleed, we would also heal.” — Healing the Emptiness

Whether you’re facing loss, failure, or the quiet ache of living with unfulfilled purpose, this book equips you with a four-step process: diagnose the root, remove the blocks, treat the wound, and protect your heart moving forward.

Key Highlights

  • A deep, faith-anchored journey through emotional pain and meaning.

  • Helps identify and heal the root causes of emptiness and disconnection.
