Refund policy
Online Purchases
We offer a 30-day return policy for online orders. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In-Store Purchases
For purchases made at our physical retail stores:
- Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only offered in the case of a manufacturing defect, and the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and proof of purchase must be provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Perfume: For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or refunded once sold and opened.
If the product has been unsealed, used, or tampered with, we are unable to accept it back under any circumstances.
Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before opening the item.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out to us before making a request.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Please note it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Out-of-Stock Items
Due to increased demand, we have updated our order fulfillment policy:
- If 50% or more of the items in your order are in stock, we will ship those items and issue an automatic refund for the rest.
- If less than 50% of your order is in stock, our team will contact you before proceeding.
- If you prefer a full refund or to receive only available items, we will require your explicit approval before shipping.
