For all international buyers, we kindly request that you contact us via email before completing your order. International purchases will not be dispatched until the exact amount of delivery charges has been approved by the customer.

Shipping Dates: All orders received before 12 am will be shipped on the following Monday and Thursday. We utilize Australia Post as our courier, and typically, orders are received within 3 to 5 days after dispatch from our warehouse.

Damaged Products on Delivery: While we strive for impeccable packaging, we acknowledge delivery mishaps may occur. If you receive damaged products, please visit the Australia Post delivery issue page and adhere to the provided instructions for resolution. For products priced $50 and below, refunds will be processed directly from our end. For items exceeding $50, refunds must be claimed through AusPost, with resolution taking up to 3 months. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving any issues promptly.

Out of Stock Items: Given the current circumstances and the heightened demand for our products, we have implemented a policy to streamline order fulfillment. If 50% or more of the items in your order are available in stock, we will proceed to ship those items and automatically issue a refund for the remaining products without prior notification. However, if we have less than 50% of your order in stock, our dedicated sales team will personally reach out to you. In such cases, if you wish to request a full refund or authorize us to send the rest of the order, we will require your explicit approval before proceeding.
