Shipping Policy
NOTE: Due to current lockdown in Australia delivery could be delayed up to 3 weeks.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. All international buyers please contact us via email prior to completing your order. All international purchases will not be dispatch until the customer has approved the exact amount of delivery charges. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
Shipping Dates
All orders that is received before 12am will be shipped on the following Monday and Thursday. We use Australia Post as our courier so generally orders are received with in 3 to 5 days after it is dispatch and collected from our warehouse.
Claims for damaged Products on delivery
We are using the best quality packages and we are trying our best to make sure that your order gets delivered to you safely in case of any damaged products in delivery please Visit Australia Post delivery issue page and follow the instructions.
Out of Stock items
Due to current situation and high demand of products If 50% or more of your order products are in stock we will send products that are in stock and refund the remaining products from your order and if we have less than 50% of your order products in stock we will refund the whole order.
