About the Author
Sr. Nafees Khan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Aligarh Muslim University (India) and completed her teacher’s training in Canada. With over 30 years of experience in elementary education, she has been an active member of the Toronto Muslim community since 1967.
She played a key role in establishing two full-time Islamic schools in Toronto—Islamic Foundation School and Al Falah School—and served as Principal at both. Her other published works include A to Z of Akhlaaq, Abu Bakr, and Daughters of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
